Order Processing Time

All orders are processed after payment verification.

  • Order Processing Time: 4–5 business days
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

After your order has been processed, delivery typically takes:

  • 7–14 business days

Total Estimated Delivery Time:
14–25 business days (Processing + Shipping)

Please note that delivery estimates may vary depending on customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, peak shopping seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We currently ship throughout the United States and may expand shipping availability to additional regions in the future.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after shipment.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Customs inspections
  • Carrier delays
  • High seasonal order volumes
  • Public holidays

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

Imstorz is not responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Unknown recipient
  • Refused delivery
  • Failure to collect packages from the carrier
  • Packages abandoned at customs

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address or failure to collect it, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact our customer support team.

For shipments to the United States, if an order has not been successfully delivered within 45 days after leaving our warehouse, we will begin an investigation and work toward an appropriate resolution.
